ABOUT US
Hello. We are Paul and Michael, two physician-scientists on a mission to improve healthcare by building an AI-centered preventive and longevity-focused practice from the ground up. We met at the University of Pennsylvania while pursuing MD-PhD degrees—Paul in bioengineering and epigenetics, and Michael in computational biology with a focus on the microbiome. We completed our residency at Harvard Emergency Medicine, where we honed our clinical and critical care skills.
After confronting the limitations of our healthcare system on a daily basis, we decided to try something different - providing the most science-forward care from first principles, free of artificial constraints. We hope that this vision speaks to you, and you’ll consider joining our practice.

PAUL GINART, MD, PhD
Dr. Paul Ginart practices as an attending physician with Mass General Brigham, working clinically at Massachusetts General Hospital and Salem Hospital. He has led research spanning clinical operations to single-molecule imaging, and including as a Principal Investigator for clinical research grants, and piloted digital health tools. Beyond the ED, he provided concierge care as an expedition physician for the Four Seasons Private Jet Experience. He lives in Somerville, MA with his partner Jim and dog Zagreus.

MICHAEL LOESCHE, MD, PhD
Dr. Michael Loesche, previously served as Medical Director at SpaceX’s Starbase, overseeing a 21-person paramedic team, running a busy on-site clinic, and providing concierge care for senior executives. He also led healthcare operations for launch and recovery missions, developed critical COVID-19 mitigations, and co-founded a medical services company generating over $750k in annual revenue. He currently practices clinically in the Emergency Departments in Austin, Texas with his wife Kim and their cat, Philly.
